Metal Lube High Power Formula

Specially developed to meet the high demands of the competition. The characteristics of these engines are extreme and the lubricant must have the ability to eliminate internal friction of the engine, the oil film must guarantee a high speed of sliding without compromising reliability, and guaranteeing cooling. The physical limitations supported by the mechanics and by the lubricant are enormous. A piston passes from 0 to 37 m / s, 600 times per second.
The pressures of the cams that trigger the valves are of the order of 100 tons / m2, under this pressure the oil becomes solid. The lubricant is heated and cut, so the film can break, and in this case there will be a loss of power and a high risk of engine damage.

In competition engines, heat evacuation is essential, especially at the level of piston bottoms that reach a temperature close to 400ºC.

You also have to pay close attention to the oxidation, in some small surfaces, the metal-metal contacts generate very hot spots. The lubricant itself produces calories by the shear that is imposed on it, the temperature rises over low volumes, reaching several hundred degrees in a fraction of a second.
Oxidation of the oil occurs by a reaction with oxygen, and leads to the formation of hydroperoxides that subsequently triggers the generation of other compounds such as acids, resins, varnishes, mud and other carbonaceous deposits such as dust, dirt and wear particles. All this means the destruction of the oil.

Under these conditions of decomposition the oil, far from lubricating and protecting the motor, becomes a harmful agent, accelerating the wear, corrosion, the clogging of lubrication ducts and filters, being able to generate catastrophic failures.

With Metal Lube High Power Formula, these risks can be reduced, giving the engine maximum reliability and preserving and even increasing its performance in competition.

MOST FREQUENTLY USED USES:
In competition engines, Nascar, F-1, Rally, Naval, Air, and any high performance engine.

APPLICATION AND DOSAGE:
Add the entire contents of the container (236 ml) to the engine oil pan.
It is not necessary to remove oil. It can be used with new or used oil.
A 236 ml container is sufficient for engines that use up to 8 liters of oil.
On Motors of daily use, repeat the application every 120,000 Km / 74,000 miles
Competition Engines: repeat every 3 oil changes.
METAL LUBE, is not an oil additive, it is not lost with the oil change, because it treats the metal, not the oil. Compatible with mineral and synthetic oil.
