METAL LUBE Hydraulic Formula

Formulation specially designed to protect against oxidation of oil and to avoid corrosion and rust of materials. Excellent erosion and cavitation wear properties. The increase in temperature in the hydraulic oil causes a drop in the performance of the machinery and the premature oxidation of the oil. METAL LUBE hydraulic formula reduces the excess temperature in the hydraulic oil, even in the hottest months of the year. Reduces noise in pumps and compressors. It is fully compatible with seals, protects against elongation and shrinkage, also acts as an effective protector in hoses and hoses, against hardening, cracking and breakage.

INSTRUCTIONS:
For use in: Hydraulic systems, vacuum pumps, piston compressors, rotary and refrigeration, speed variators, machinery and pneumatic tools, turbines, hydraulic presses, injection machinery, hydraulic shock absorbers and in any system or equipment that incorporates hydraulic oil .
Hydraulic systems: Add 30 ml of METAL LUBE for every 4 liters of oil.
 

Vacuum pumps and compressors: Add 60 ml of METAL LUBE for each liter of oil.
Repeat every 5,000 hours of work.

METAL LUBE, is not an oil additive, it is not lost with the oil change, because it treats the metal, not the oil. Compatible with mineral and synthetic oil.
