Treatment for the fuel system: Diesel

The entry into force of ROYAL DECREE 287/2001, of March 16, which reduces the sulfur content of certain liquid fuels, has substantially improved the reduction of polluting gases but, at the same time, that reduction of sulfur causes multiple failures in the diesel fuel system since, the sulfur, acted maintaining optimal lubrication throughout the system.

Pollutants such as water, produced by condensation, produce oxide, fuel degradation elements such as resins, varnishes or rubbers, dirty and clog the injectors and the fuel system. A dirty or worn injector seriously affects the operation of the diesel engine. When this occurs, the engine has an unstable operation, low performance, fuel consumption increases and irreparable and very expensive failures occur.
